<p>It requires some information about my counselor,should I let my counselor fill them out?

<p>You have to add your counselor/ provide common app. the counselor’s email address. This is probably on the same page as the teacher rec. stuff. Common app will contact your counselor and provide him or her the forms that he or she needs to complete.</p>
<p>You fill out the counselor information then add the counselor’s email under school forms</p>
<p>You fill it out yourself. Ask your counselor if you dont know any of the information</p>
