about international supplement on commonapp

hi, im an international student who's currently studying in the u.s.

i've been studying in the america for 3 years, and i just noticed that

on common app, there is a international supplement form that my guidance counselor has to fill out.

I'm confused if i have to send this form to colleges even if im studying in the u.s....
My school already sent my transcripts to the colleges that i'm applying.

You have to send an international supplement if you go to a school outside the US that doesn’t use the US school system. Since you are currently not studying abroad you do not have to do the international supplement.

raqbau,

i did attend high school in korea before i came here.
For this reason, i had to provide the colleges with my korean high school transcript because
they wanted all my secondary school records.

Does this mean that my korean high school counselor have to send the international supplement with my transcript to the colleges?

Or am i still good not to submit the form cuz i will graduate from an u.s. high school?
