About nomination interview

i have nomination interview this Friday, and i want to prepare myself before the interview. how long does the interview take? and what are the most common questions that they will ask you?

check out our previous post about this... To prepare, definately have some mock interviews set up with someone you dont know as a friend, but someone you are comfortable with. This will help alot. Length of interviews vary widely. I've heard tell of 2 hour interviews, and I just had a 15 minute (I hope that's not a bad sign!) one on Saturday. It really depends on how many questions they ask.

Our MOC schedules 20 min. interviews. That's all you get, no more. It's run like clockwork. If you are late, you get less. Some will try to trip you up, while others seem to want to get to know you. My son's committee was very nice, but I've read about evil ones, too! Good luck!

Mine were scheduled for 20 minutes. They ended up deviating from those times, as both of the boards were running behind. I believe the interview is to confirm that you are the person they think you are on paper.
