<p>Collegeboad says </p>

<p>"There's a $20.50 fee for changing test date, test type, or test center. You must call customer service to make any of those changes. Customer service can be reached at (866) 756-7346. "</p>

<p>and </p>

<p>"If you choose to test at any center other than the one listed on your Admission Ticket, you will be charged a test center change fee."</p>

<p>Can i Just go any test center on the test day if i charge change fee ?</p>
