My teachers are submitting letters of recommendation through their CommonApp accounts. However, my counselor insists that the letters should be sent by post also since AdComs are more and more suspicious of letters on CommonApp (too many fake ones I heard). The problem here is that I apply to a lot of schools and the postal cost from here to the US is very high (nearly $50 per package); the teachers, understandably, won’t pay for it.
Should I follow my counselor advice?
