<p>the score reports college board send to colleges contain all the previous SAT I and II test scores right?so if i'm taking the last SAT test in December,that means i only need to send the december score report to all the colleges i am applying to(btw i am applying 7)?and for the november test i can just send to any 4 of the 7 colleges i am applying to?coz each additional score report costs 9 bucks if i don't have to send every single score report to colleges why shud i...:)</p>

That is correct. If you plan to take the test again in December and request the scores to be sent to all 7 schools in Dec, you're OK.</p>
