I am a Hong Kong student.
I have got the some questions concerning my Chicago application. Hope that someone is willing to grant helps:

I changed secondary school after grade 11(I am now promoting to grade 13). Do I need to ask my old school's counselor to fill in a "Secondary School Report" and a "International School Supplement to the Secondary School Report" for me (even if my new school will complete a copy of each of them for me)? What relevant documents should I request my old school to send?(reference letter? graduation certificates?). I know that at least I ought to request my old school to send my grade9-11 transcripts. But can I make copies of them and ask my new school to certify? Or can I ask my old school to prepare official copies for me and I send them myself? Coz I am afraid that my old school will refuse to send them on my behalf.

Though I opt to apply online, I still have to mail some documents(transcripts, local public exam results etc.). To which address and designation should I send those documents(simply to the admission office? How about the recipient?) Can I send them before I submit my commom application, Chicago Supplement, and appliction fee?
Actually, my AP score report has been sent. What will the admission office do to my supporting documents before receiving my common application, chicago supplement, and application fee?

Thank you~
