<p>Do we have fill it out? Can we just say "see attached resume"? Do you suggest that we put clubs that we devote the most time to down or clubs in which we hold leadership positions (like menial secretary)?</p>
<p>You should fill it out. Why? Because it forces you to choose the most important/meaningful ones to you.</p>
