About the application part 1 thing

<p>I know im pretty behind even tho im doing regular decision.</p>

<p>I submitted the personal data form today with all the basic information and paid my application fee.
I'm just wondering, cuz usually you get a confirmation email after a submission, but I did not receive anything from Georgetown after I submitted it.
How do I know if they successfully received my data and payment? Is it just me or that's just how it works?</p>

<p>And on the page that says you have successfully submitted your form, they give you your Georgetown ID right? i remember it was a bunch of letters and numbers or something like that.
I accidentally closed the window without recording down my ID but I thought it would come in to my email; however i havent received anything yet, is this normal?</p>

<p>I just looked through my email, and yes, they send you a confirmation minutes after submitting the personal data sheet. Your 8 number Georgetown ID is in there. </p>

<p>Did you send it to the right email address – no typos? I’d email the Georgetown admissions team if I were you.</p>

<p>Don’t worry, I’m sure they’ll be able to sort it out if you call/email. Good luck!</p>

<p>The confirmation email takes some time. I think Georgetown mentions the wait period as like a week or two, if I’m not wrong. Wait for some time. However, if you get worried, you should call them or email them asking for it.</p>
