Can I write something personal on my college essay?
Like, how I felt and met a celebrity guy I admired?
By the way, is writing a college essay in form of a poem/letter/… acceptable?

Look at the college essay forum where there will be many threads with good advice about how to approach the essay. Also do a search on Google for examples of good and bad essays. Your question here is very general. Do some basic fact finding and come bok with more specific questions.
Fro what it’s worth, I am not sure writing about how you felt when you met a celebrity is the best essay topic.
If it is thoughtful and reflective, answers the prompt, and is uniquely you, I think the topic could work. I mean if writing about Costco worked, then why not? I would check around to see if a poem/letter format has ever worked in the past before I’d take that risk.
I would not write about how you felt a celebrity.
But yeah, it’s a Personal Statement, so you should be, um, personal.
