<p>It has been going around my school that UCs do not use AP exams for admissions and some of the schools like UCLA will not even accept these exams in lieu of credits. Can someone verify this??</p>

<p>It's true that we do not use the exam scores as part of the admissions decision. We only use the score to issue any university credit that can be given. You would have to check with LA, their general catalog is a great place to start, to see what credits they give for each exam.</p>
