<p>I laughed when I read this, but I just thought of Brigham Young University.</p>
<p>OK, I don’t know if Provo, UT is actually a ‘hillbilly town’ but it does have over 100k people. And it’s highly ‘homogeneous’ and conservative. The tuition is very cheap considering it’s a Tier 1 national private university ($20,410 for everything from 2009-2010, not including fin. aid). And no, you don’t have to be Mormon to attend – but there is an honor code to follow.</p>
