About UC application fee

<p>I'm an international student from HK. I just checked my UC Fall 2012 application (I applied for two colleges) and I saw the following</p>

<p>Does it mean that it did not receive my fee, even nearly four weeks after the application deadline?</p>

<p>It means payment has been received and you now have a zero balance owed as a result.</p>
