Above average but not super great student

Hello all!
Okay, so I wanted to know what my chances would be of getting into the following schools:
Wesleyan University (top choice, probably ED)
University of VA
William & Mary
James Madison University
Penn State
Virginia Commonwealth University
Cornell University (clearly a reach)
(I’m a Virginia resident)
I go to an IB school, so we take World History 2 our freshman year. I’m also an IB diploma candidate.
By the end of my junior year (this year), my projected GPA will be a 4.4.
I am a part of Model UN, FBLA, Best Buddies, and the Young Democrats.

My honor societies are National Honor Society, Math Honor Society, French Honor Society, and English Honor Society.

As for leadership positions, I’m the Vice President of English Honor Society, President of Young Dems, I was a head intern at an internship I did over the summer, and I’m on my local library’s teen board.

Community service, I volunteered at a local montessori for 3 months, I interned on a campaign, I volunteered on 2 other campaigns, and I read to children once a week at the local elementary school.

My SAT score currently is at an 1800, but I’m still waiting back for my scores from the most recent SAT. I believe that I will score around a 1950-2100 as my final superscore.

I am debating whether or not to send my scores to Wes. My stats are pretty good and I take hard classes, but I have a C on my transcript from Algebra 2 Honors my freshman year.

I am a Nepali female and my writing isn’t bad so hopefully I will have good essays. What do you think my chances are of getting into those schools?

pls help friends pls
