I'm a student at Brown. I'm an art and bio major. Art is my main major. My main art is ceramics (I want to be a ceramics professor), which they have next door at RISD, but not at Brown. So long story short, I can take a few classes, but not many.

I thought it would be a great idea to go abroad for the year and really focus on it. Does anyone know of a renowned school for ceramics abroad (like Alfred College over here etc)

Check out the Glasgow School of Art and the RCA(Royal College of Art) in London. I dont have first hand experience with these, but when I attended a ceramics show in Manchester UK, these two schools figured in prominently.
Also--what languages do you speak?

i go to kcai for ceramics, and my school goes to a school in hungry every year as a study abroad thing. i believe it is called the international school

try the listings on studioarteceramica.it.....lists programs for ceramic art in Italy, but you must know Italian. There are plenty of two year programs in Umbria.
