That would be in your school district’s policy. It’s a clear number. Ask them and you’ll get an answer.

The policy should be in your student handbook. At my public high school, it was fifteen days per year. (And they don’t kick you out with no warning; they cite you to juvenile court. This can have several different outcomes, not just expulsion.)
