i was late for my sat on oct so im going to try to take it on november but if i dont change my info to november and test center does my registeration get cancel also can i use the registeration number that i had for oct for the november one does it work?

You need to go to the College Board website and change your test date. They will let you roll it forward.

i tried to change my date but all the test centers near me are already full so i want to take it in the center i can get to on time and i have a registration number for october sat but like will it work for the november one or do i need to change to a new date center and new registration number

Zelda - call college board and ask your questions. I believe that if you were a no show for the test in October, you have lost the money you spent on registration for that date - i don’t think it will transfer. So now you have to register anew for any test you want to take.

BUT - call them and get the answer from the actual people who know for sure! Look for contact information on the website. I’ve called before with questions - they answer the phone - I’ve never had trouble getting through to someone.

My daughter thought she had changed her test date from Oct to Nov a month ago, but she made the mistake of not hitting the final submit button. We just realized that when we went online yesterday (after Oct testing date). We were able to change her test date to Nov and change her testing center. We paid extra 24 for change fee, but didn´t lose everything.

I agree with Pinot. If you showed up late, I can’t imagine they would give you your money back. Why should they? But, who knows…? Definitely give them a call.

You can definitely transfer your registration to a different test date. Here is the College Board link that will tell you what to do.
