<p>No, student cannot apply or be accepted into EOP/HEOP. This has to be doine during freshman admissions. If he was originally admitted to EOP/HEOP as a freshman (fall 2007) he can transfer and not lose his status.</p>
<p>No you cannot get a “do over”, applying as a freshman and acting as if the past year and a half does nto exist. You can transfer, but it will have to be as a transfer student. You will be easily found out just as soon as you apply for FA and they will see that you are doing a FAFSA renewal (in addition, they will be able to tell if you have had previous loans, fed aid, etc).</p>
<p>Your application would automatically be rejected for misrepresentation or if accepted, your admission would be rescinded. If attending school, your registration would be dropped and you would be asked to leave.</p>
