Too small coupled with the schools’ commitment to small discussion size classes meant that it was often difficult getting desired classes-- either the course wasn’t offered that semester or it was full up and he had to settle for something else to fill his schedule.

Checking the on-line class schedule to see if it shows capacity and actual enrollment in various classes can give some idea of how much of a problem this may be.
