Does anyone have any information on the Academic Honor Council? DS invited to apply to serve as a student justice and I don’t know anything about it. Thanks!
Have you seen this link yet? http://ahc.ua.edu/ It has a wealth of info under the various tabs. There was an info meeting for interested students last month. Only those invited to apply get the links to all of the info…I believe invites come from the individual colleges, not the overall AHC. Applicants needed to answer 4 questions - emphasis is on integrity and academic honor…the applicant canNOT use their own name or write in such a way that they can be identified. Those chosen must attend mandatory weekly meetings (currently on Mondays @ 6 pm), and agree to participate in a 1-day retreat sometime during the first week of the academic school year in August. The deadline is this Friday, March 13th, for 2015-16. It sounds like a great opportunity…Good luck to your student!
