Academic notice about academic disqualification.

I transferred to UCSD 2016 FALL, and I got academic notice first two quarters, and I got it again this 2017 SPRING.
The notice says “After one full academic year away from the University, you may submit a College Readmission Evaluation Form. Future readmission will be contingent on completion of required coursework.” , what’s my best choice with these two?

Also, Is it very hard to be approved appeal form with no impact to enroll 2017 FALL?

please help me

additional question, I’m enrolled summer session 1 and 2. If I receive overall GPA 3.0, will it be helpful to appeal?

I would do as stated in the notice. Take courses at another University or Community College (if the correct coursework is available) and apply for readmission. What would be the basis for your appeal since you have been on academic notice 3 times since transferring?
