<p>This might sound incredibly stupid, but I've finished completing the entire Common App database about myself (the really really long one including activities, but have no idea where my scanned grades go?/:</p>

<p>You should not submit your grades yourself. Your counselor should send a transcript along with a recommendation for you. You need to add the counselor’s name and email address within the common app form The counselor will get an email message when you do that inviting him or her to submit those things for you. There is also no need to scan and submit information about your extracurriculars. Those are self-reported in the Activities section and often commented upon in the recommendations submitted by your counselor and teachers.</p>
