Academic Record to-do list oddity.

<p>I'm looking at my to-do list on the MyUCSC page, it says I need to send in my final academic record, but when I click on the page, it's completely blank.</p>

<p>It just says</p>

<p>Academic Institution: UC Santa Cruz
Administrative Function: Admissions Application
Due Date: 07/15/2010
Contact: </p>

<p>The rest is blank, no contact, no description, etc.</p>

<p>I'm not exactly sure what I'm supposed to do. Do -I- send it in, or do I need to have my high school send it? And what address is it sent to, for that matter...</p>

<p>Well you do need to send it in no matter what. Normally the school should be able to send it for you if you tell them. (For me, the school gave out seniors “Final Transcript Forms Send-To’s” and it basically was which college does the school sent the transcript to.) However, I’m not sure if all high schools does that. If you need to do it yourself, send it to:</p>
