academic scholarships

1st SAT - (740 - Verbal), (760 - Math), and (730 - Writing). GPA - 4.0 plus (unweighted). A Junior and have been in a Gifted/Talented program since 3rd grade. 98 % of my classes are PAP and AP.. with a few normal electives. Will try 2nd SAP in June to get another 20-30 points on each.

Does anyone know if I am qualified to receive some form of academic scholarships from Texas A & M?

You seem like a pretty good candidate, but most of their scholarship stuff is based on the National Merit program. Have you taken the PSAT? If you have, have you heard anything about that yet? Here's a good link:http://honors.tamu.edu/Scholarships/Prospective/NatMerit.aspx#guaranteed
I'm NM, and I got what was listed on there plus the President's Endowed scholarship.
Hope that helps! (If you have questions, you could always call or email the school. They're pretty busy, but if you can get anybody on the phone, they're usually very helpful.)
Keep me posted, okay?

With NM you would get the Merit Plus I think, and then as a PES you are stuck in a pile to be looked at for the Brown Scholarship (up to $24,000). Then there are departmental ones.

With NM, you would get a full ride...
