Academic year programs in science/math?

Does anybody know of any solid programs in the NYC/Long Island area? More preferably something that is worth the price and somewhat selective. Also, if anybody participated in the CESAME high school math program at Stony Brook please let me know what it was like. :D

Are you talking about college math programs or extracurricular math programs for kids?

Columbia hosts some special STEM tutoring program in Morningside Heights, NYC. It’s pretty competitive and really good, considering it is either free or really low cost

@AnnieBeats‌ something geared towards high school students

Are you low-income or a protected race? If so, NYC sponsors a lot of advanced tutoring and test tutoring for free. For example, you’d have free tutoring/coaching for the entrance exam to Stuyvesant, Bronx Science, etc.

@Apollo11‌ I don’t think I would be eligible for those, but I’m looking for something that is similar to a summer program but throughout the academic year (only on weekends or something)

MIT PRIMES is a really good math and computer science program that runs from January through December.

The Columbia Science Honors Program is free (except for optional contributions and fee for the entrance exam) and fairly selective. I have had a great experience with it.
