My GPA is 3.79 and my SAT score is 1370 (I’m taking it again to raise it to at least a 1400), I have taken many honors and AP classes and I am also involved in many clubs such the National Honors Society, psychology and pre-med club in High school. Also, I volunteer at the library and I just started to volunteer at a hospital. Are there any chances for me to be accepted in a accelerated Medical program in the Northeast Region?
Any accelerated medical program is incredibly difficult to get into and requires near perfect grades, test scores, and outstanding ECs. Furthermore, the northeast region is especially competitive when it comes to this kind of program. If that GPA is unweighted, then your grades should be fine. But even a SAT score in the 1400s is too low and your ECs so far look pretty common. I would get your SAT up to at least 1500 and try to get some more medicine-related ECs if you want a shot.
