Need advise urgently. Low gpa causing high chance of offer getting rescinded at cal.
is it ok to accept another offer at another uc with a lower bar or maybe a csu like sjsu in addition for safety?

Isn’t that called double depositing? Isn’t that unethical, and can possibly result in rescinded offers if discovered? I don’t think you can do that. Someone please feel free to correct me.
Work your butt off and bring that grade up my friend.
You can only SIR to one school. If you double deposit and the schools find out, you will be rescinded from both and have no options, definitely not worth the risk. I agree with @Lindagaf, work super hard and get your grades up.

You may accept admission to one campus only. You may not transfer your acceptance from one campus to another after you declare your intent to register. A $100 nonrefundable deposit must accompany your acceptance.
Not OK.
