Accept both volunteering jobs to make a more appealing application to Pharmacy schools?

I’m currently in college and I have two options to volunteer at the moment:

1st: Volunteer at a hospital every week but I can only work at the information desk as they do not allow any pharmacy volunteering jobs.
2nd: Volunteer at another hospital in the pharmacy (this hospital allows pharmacy volunteering) but only twice a month.

My counselor suggests that I only take the second option since the first hospital doesn’t offer me any pharmacy experience and since I’ll be working soon, it’ll be “too much” to volunteer at both hospitals and work a job at the same time.

I wanted to see if I could gather any more opinions on the matter before I make my final decision.

If you google “pharmacy school volunteer requirements” it will talk about “Have 4 to 6 months of work or volunteer
experience in a pharmacy setting.” - key word being Pharmacy Setting.

They want you know to know what it is like working in a pharmacy so you know if you really like it or not
Also, if your adviser says it is a good idea, then listen!.
