<p>Hey Jewish F from PA here. Do I have a shot at Brandeis?
SAT: 710 M/640 V/670 W
SAT II: 600 US History/700 Math 2
GPA: ~3.8 uw
Class rank: 93 percentile (top 7%)
Took 7 honors courses, currently taking 2 APs and a college course at local Penn State branch
EC’s
Lifeguard and swim lesson instructor 15-20 hours/week
Played basketball and ran track for two years
NHS, Spanish Honor Society, National Merit Commended Student
Research at Air Products
Temple Youth Group
Some volunteering</p>

<p>I would say that you are a border-line admit. Your stats and ECs seem to match those of most students, but nothing really sets you apart from most applicants.</p>

<p>Brandeis is hard to say. I got in early decision with lower SAT scores than you have. Also, don't go by UW grades- Brandeis goes by your weighted grades.</p>

<p>I don't want to give you false hope or anything, but it seems as if you have a pretty good chance.</p>
