You have really great extracurriculars and a high rank, so I think you’ll be fine! Cornell is a reach but I think you do have good chances!
Usually I don’t chance but since you keep bumping. . . Your ACT score is quite good as are the SAT 2s, but I think your list may be heavy with reaches due to the GPA, class rank, and ECs. FBLA is nice but not real distinctive. In a top 10 school, 9 APs may not show as much rigor as your classmates’s schedules (9 is a lot in some districts, average # for others). Anyway, here are my thoughts:
Davidson College: Reach (although the ED may help)
Cornell Human Ecology: Reach
Emory University: Reach (possible, but Oxford may be more likely)
University of Richmond: High Match
Villanova School of Business: High Match (Reach if you are coming from one of the strong Phila area districts that feed to Villanova; you will have a lot of competition from kids who look just like you on paper, but with better grades)
Wake Forest: Don’t know about their B school
Boston College Carroll: Reach
University of Rochester: Don’t know about their B school
Lehigh CBE: Match
Fordham Gabelli (EA): Match
Penn State Smeal: Match, but same competition comment as for Villanova
