<p>Hey i am applying to UCSB this year, im a senior. My dream school has always been this one and im hoping to get accepted, i appreciate replies:)

<p>awards: Great Grizzly(student of the month), Perfect G(never gotten a homework card, dress code card, or tardy card) , 3.5 and above G.P.A ALL MY YEARS</p>

<p>Class rank: 60 out of 557, which puts me in top 10% of the class rank.
No sports, since ive had a part time at FootLocker since sophmore year, and played U.S.A baseball freshmen year. </p>

<p>Try to get your SAT up to at least 1800. Your grades are way better than your scores. I’d say you really need to get it up as you’re below the 25th percentile.</p>

<p>Your biggest worries should be your SAT. You should target 1800-1900.</p>

I attend a prestigious jesuit high school.
UW GPA: 3.667 WGPA: 3.823
I am only a Junior so i do not have any valid SAT scores or ACT scores.
-I have been a member of the soccer team at my school (Nationally Ranked # 2) and received the coach’s award for outstanding leadership and excellence.
-I am a member of NHS and soon to be Spanish Honors Society, and Art Honors Society
-I belong to a well-respected charity league that completes over 15 hours a year (I am in my 4th year of this)
-I was admitted into a special program at my high school for the top 5% of the students in the 2013 class. (SHEP: Science Honors Enrichment Program)
-I will have very strong recommendations as i have built many strong relationships with teachers and other influential figures in my community
-I am a member of the Calc club which is the leading fundraising club for my school
-At the end of high school i will have taken 12 honors/AP courses.
-Played elite club golf for the 2010-2011 season
-played club lacrosse (2010)
-play club soccer for a top 100 team in the nation

  • i believe a can compose a very strong essay with my interesting thought processing and childhood behind me
    -attended an immersion trip to central america
    -concluding high school, i will have approximately 24 dual-enrollment credits
    with all of this i am not only looking for acceptance into UCSB but some scholarship as my family struggles financially.</p>
