No aid - i imagine solid.
Full aid - likely not.
Here’s an example - another person international was rejected at a similar school - but they came back with - if you could pay x amount, we will consider you.
These are businesses. They are need aware. If they can get money from you, they will educate you. If they can’t, they won’t.
F&M meets need - so they especially have to be careful. If you need $70K, even domestic, they can say no.
So they pick and choose who can maximize their incentive budget…i.e. their scholarships.
If you are full pay, then they’d love to have you.
My son was accepted last year with lower stats (3.5/4, 1210 SAT)
However, we did not apply for financial aid, which I am sure made a difference.

If you don’t try you’ll never know.
Try some searches for “meets full need international student.” There are not many schools who do so.
