Hey - can you guys add your major. Since applicants within each major at Cal Poly compete only against others who intend the same major, it is very relevant when trying to figure out who Cal Poly is accepting and notifying. Thanks.

accepted to architecture!

alksdfjl;asjf so relieved.

does anybody know why only some are out and some arent? and whose are out? because mine and most of my friends arent out but i know two kids who know and some of you do...it seems so random? is there a method to their madness?

There aren't any letters or anything yet. I just went to the cal poly portal and went to application status and expanded the information. Just a single, unceremonious sentence, but it's good enough.

Just checked a while ago and my app is still under scrutiny. I applied for architectural engineering.

I applied for civil engineering and still "no determination has been made at this time"....

I wonder how they send out the decisions?? random, by major, etc.??

All acceptances should be out by march 14th, right? I really need to stop refreshing my application status page; it can't be healthy.

does conditionally accepted mean we are in? I think it does but why conditionally?

Conditional acceptance means you're in unless you screw up your grades, get arrested, die, etc

^LMAO! True, though... haha.

Link to conditionally admitted information is here:

Oh, and I applied under a LS major.

Is it posted under application status? Its one of my first choices but it still say my decision hasnt been determined : (

My D was accepted into Business. She is OOS and since it is about impossible to get merit money will probably not attend unless she can get in-state tuition. I have been told that that is not too hard to get at SLO. Can anyone confirm that?
