<p>I havent been accepted nor have I been rejected (formally anyhow). I applied to architecture so my chances weren't so hot to begin with, but alot of worthy candidates at my school are still waiting on a decision, from a number of different programs. Does anyone know if perhaps they are still in the decision making process? Has "no determination" truly been reached? </p>

<p>I'm just so confused. It seems that by now, especially with the limited information provided on the cal poly app., that some sort of clear decision should have already been made.</p>

second, got e-mail, 2days later
third, no letter as of yet, it's been about a week since accept.
fourth, Got another welcome e-mail from President Baker</p>

<p>Well, my friend said she got accepted via email, so I checked my email first, and it was there on march 1st, but my decision could have been up for 2 days, like any1can says. Then, I got my letter about a week later.</p>

<p>Accepted. First, I got an email (same as aileen). Two days later, I recieved the decision by mail.</p>

<p>Ugh, I still have the UC's to wait for. x_x March-- college month.</p>

<p>I checked website on the day I was accepted (feb 28ish) (my friend told me to check), then got the email the next day. Then letter in mail like a day after that.</p>

<p>Oh, and I received a phone call yesterday. I think Cal Poly also called me on Mar 2 but I wasn't home.</p>

<p>I'm thrilled! I originally only applied to CalPoly on a whim, and I didn't think I'd get in because so many people apply, but now it's looking better and better.</p>

<p>Still waiting on all my UCs, though (UCI, UCD, UCLA) and a few privates.</p>

<p>a student rep from SLO called me last night around 8 congratulating me on my acceptance and invited me to this culture event at SLO april 13-15</p>

<p>Anyone get in during the past few days...I hope they are not done sending out admissions yet, cuz I still havnt recieved an answer : /...I had a 3.5 and 1940 sat for business major...I guess its not cutting it, cuz im still in the dark over here</p>

<p>I applied for Architecture, with a 1920 sat, 29 act and a 3.68 gpa. I hate my gpa, but im hoping my other stuff might get me a spot in architecture. aasdfoisafasdf. I just wish they would just tell me yes or no already...</p>

<p>hahaha, im such a dork that i applied for cal poly's summer program under comp sci. meh....</p>

<p>My son received got admitted yesterday. His GPA was 3.67 with a 1900 SAT to Bio medical Engineering</p>

<p>No determination for me either. Both SLO and Riverside have me in "we are still reviewing your application" mode.</p>

<p>how do they decide who to make a determination aboutt. it seems so arbitrary.</p>

<p>i've been accepted but it was a couple weeks back. a few of my friends are still undetermined, i can imagine how crazy it would be.</p>

<p>ya it kind of does seem random since CSU's dont have much info to decide which students to admit by... theres no essay or anything to distinguish students by anything other than gpa/sat</p>
