I got accepted to UCR in the spring, without completing my two years of a language, which is an A-G requirement. I took french junior year, but decided to take my second year online. Since I saw I wouldn’t finish by the deadline for UCR, which was July 1st, I contacted an admissions counselor, who told me they left a note in my file & extended my course completion date until August. The other day the same counselor called me saying she does not recall speaking to me, nor was there a note in my file & rescinded my acceptance. Is there anything I can do? Thank you.
They keep a record of all calls … Call them back and tell them the original date that you notified them of your online course. You need to be ready to fax them your copies of emails from your online schedule. Good luck!
