Acceptance Letters?

I live just outside of Rochester and I have not yet received a letter. I'm a bit anxious!

dweinerman, has the second wave of letters gone out yet?

The second wave of letters will go out within 7 to 10 days.

Will any accepted students within this second wave receive merit based scholarships or aid?

NEValu, yes some accepted students will receive merit scholarships. Let me know if you have any other questions.

dweinerman, what is the difference between the first wave and the second wave?

Does anything change with your MyROC account online, ie. Application Status, when you're accepted?

Onthebrink, nothing changed when I was accepted at the end of last month. I just checked again now, and there isn't any indication about my acceptance still. It never even registered my midyear, haha. Good luck!!!!

were all of the Renaissance finalists in the first wave of acceptance letters?

I would also like to see an answer to krawr's question.

bump! i'd like to hear answers to all the questions above

All Ren finalists have already been notified.

Ren weekends are the last 2 weekends in March. Since finalists get 2+ weeks notice to arrange travel plans and interviews start Thursday--it's kinda late in the game for new notices to go out.

is everything from now ona rejection?

dbear, nope there are still quite a few acceptances going out through the end of March.

i just realized that i forgot to turn in the international fiances form...
does this mean that i am disqualified from admissions since my file wasnt complete?
or should i fax them tomorrow?

Most people I know have heard already, does that mean I have been rejected?

accepted :D i'm an international, so it took the package exactly one week to get here, kind of unexpected since the app status site didn't say anything
