<p>Two more days! I’m so nervous!</p>
<p>Thanks so much. i got waitlisted at UCI, which kind of surprised me and didnt apply to UCSD. UC davis is really the only UC that i car about because like i said i doubt cal will take me. Honestly though I hope i get into Davis i really liked it when i visited and will definitely be a top contender in my final decision.</p>
<p>witty: Waitlisted at UCI with your stats?!!! I guess all bets are off this year. I just can’t believe that there are that many other applicants with stats as high as yours who bumped you from UCI. I mean, it’s a great school - but I didn’t think it was so competitive. The budget cutbacks have changed the game. Where’s everyone ELSE going to college who has average GPA’s??? The Cal States are in the same boat and the community colleges can’t hold that many people!</p>

Got into UCM, UOP, and CSU Stanislaus for that major too, and UCSC in Undeclared in Liberal Arts.</p>

I got accepted to University of Washington though-that made me feel a bit better

Whatever happens, everyone will be planning on going somewhere very soon. And (although Davis is the discussion here) it doesn’t really matter if you end up being a Mustang or an Aggie or a bird or a plane or a fighting turtle for that matter. You end up where you end up and most people say that if you try - you’ll end up happy with the final outcome. (I was a Maryland Terrapin - fighting turtle - and hey! I’m pretty happy about that time in my life!) So now that my daughter is embarking on this decision, I wish I shared her calm demeanor. Good luck everyone!!! I’m hoping for the best possible decisions for you all.</p>
<p>Thank you so much GotaPlay and Serafina, along with everyone else on this forum. I feel very special to be regarded like this, hah no one has really ever cared so much about me on this forum than you 2. I honestly hope that by God’s good graces I get accepted tommorow, but if not I will most likely go to Irvine. I remember when I visited Irvine’s campus, I fell in love. It is a great school for me-the only reason I am trying Davis is because it is close to home, and also quite attractive haha.
