So, you mean brochures for college-bound seniors? Maybe if you are attending US high school and have good stats. Doesn’t matter if you are an international students. But if you are in foriegn countries, no.
If you mean acceptance letters, then they may send it by emails or by international mail.

@thenameisi You will get an acceptance packet by FedEx as well as an email. It includes your acceptance letter, a gift, some literature on Barnard, your FA award letter (if you applied for it) and details on International Orientation. That will be followed by numerous emails.
