Anyone know any place/site that list the acceptance rate of different colleges(especially UCs) to medical school?
I'm looking especially for UCSB, UCI, and UCD.

If you are looking for the comparison of number of students who apply from a UC to medical school compared to those admitted from that same UC, I do not believe you will find that unless the college itself provides it on its own site. Moreover, it would be difficult to get accurate figures even that way because you have those who don't apply until they have already been out of college for a couple years or more and could even have a master's from a different college when they apply.

If you are looking for the UC Medical schools acceptance rate (or for other medical schools), I know that US News has that but you need to pay for its annual grad school site to get to it. Note, that the UC medical schools have admission rates in the 5% to 8% range; that is not unusual as most medical schools are 10% or below.

Actually I'm looking for the percentage of premed students that got accepted to medical school. for example, I heard that about 70% of UCI premed students got accepted to medical school, and I believe the national avg is about 50%.
I'm not 100% sure about this and I don't know about other UCs, that's why I'm asking if anyone has the list.

Search the archives for more detail, but many times we've discussed how distorted and ultimately useless those stats can be.

The 70% figure may be too optimistic. Berkeley's stats (which are published on its website) only indicate a 60-65% med school acceptance rate.

jenskate1 is right....the numbers are flawed. The only way to get to the bottom of a given school's success rate is to visit and sniff about.

harvard med new pathway program is approximately 3%. This year, they had 5500 applicants competing for 165 spots.
