What is the acceptance rate for the school of engineering? Is it much lower than the ~60% for the school in general. Or is it the same?

i guess what i'm trying to say....is it harder to get into Engineering?

For the entire University, the acceptance rate was 63 % but in the past two years, the acceptance rate has risen to around 68%, but for the college of engineering, the acceptance rate is around 55-60%.

They did have a FAQ page but they took it down which had ALL you needed to know about engineering enrollment. It's not that bad as long as you have an ACT score of around 30 or better (recommended -- or SAT equivalent).

You can see the middle 50% ranges of admitted students in the application. For example, Engineering has ranges of 29-33 ACT and 87th-97th percentile class rank, while for Liberal Arts and Sciences they're 25-30 and 83rd-95th percentile class rank. The College of Agriculture is the least selective with 24-28 and 71st-90th. The bottom 1/4 of Engineering is roughly equal to the top 1/4 of Agriculture!
