Acceptance rates for U.S. applicants?

Does anyone know the acceptance rates for the different faculties for U.S. students? Even ball park ranges; 20-35 35-50 50+ ?? I can't seem to find any statistics on Mcgill's website.
Thanks a bunch.

if you called they might have an estimate for you, but honestly i don’t know this and I’m not sure they publish this.

i do know that roughly 20-25% of the school is american, so you can assume 20-25% of each incoming class is american… how many apply, i’m not sure, that may be in their viewbook i don’t remember. i don’t think they have any preference or lack-there-of for american students except that they get more tuition money from american students, although they get more gov’t money for more canadian/quebec kids. we’ll see if anyone else has some numbers, i’d be interested to hear this too.

my guess is the acceptance rate is probably higher than US elite schools because less americans apply, and those that do are bright kids already…

I have always been curious about the acceptance rate for US applicants too but I have never seen any figures either.

it seems to be extremely competitive this year with a stimulus of applications due to the Us economic situation. like i know kids from my school in the past who got in with 1900’s but now from the accepted students page everyone has a 2100+ and 3.7 gpa+
