Yes, Daughter is a senior

I believe they start coming out mid-march… so soon! Good luck!

Have this weird feeling that Muhlenberg will be sending their letters tomorrow and that people will start receiving them Monday/Tuesday

Just a prediction though…

Will anything be posted on the online application status check website?

Last year first notification was letter in the mail with “you’re in” or something like that on the outside of the envelope. I think online status took much longer. Financial aid details came about a week or so later, as I recall.

Rachel, I was accepted ED, and it STILL doesn’t say anything about my acceptance on the application status thing online (unless there’s somewhere I’m not checking…). It’ll just come in the mail. Theatermomof2 is right; it comes in a small envelope with “YOU’RE IN!” in a red, bubble-looking thing. GOOD LUCK, GUYS!

My daughter was accepted yesterday via email (she’s an international applicant) who applied RD. Regular decision applicants should be hearing now…

DS got the acceptance letter today! We are very happy!

Darthdad- Think of it this way, all those performers need an appreciative audience. ;-)

There is a lot going on at Muhlenberg outside of theater My D is a theater major but is involved in all sorts of other interesting activities. And many of her friends are not involved in the performing arts at all. There is a group/niche for everyone. And as said before, socializing takes many different forms there. There are always different performances going on that attract crowds, plus everything from small intimate gatherings to big frat parties.

Good luck to your daughter!

I just got my letter today and IM IN! IM CRYING TEARS OF JOY RIGHT NOW

Daughter received official acceptance in mail today! Waiting for Dana scholars decision and merit aid.

Does Muhlenberg send accept and reject letters at the same time? And are all letters sent at the same time or alphabetically? Haven’t heard anything here yet…

Don’t worry. When I phoned earlier this week, they said they are being sent out over the next two weeks.

Thanks, Shulamit. That’s reassuring. I’m just hoping it’s not accepts first, then denials later! I guess it’s back to the waiting game :)

I received my letter yesterday. Accepted!

2140 SAT (690 CR, 720 M, 730 W)
3.93 UW, 4.5 W
Rank: 05/398
A lot of EC’s, leadership, etc.

Good luck to those still waiting and congrats to those accepted!

The “You’re In” letter arrived in Minnesota today! My daughter did the Muhlenberg dance audition last fall. It was the weekend before Hurricane Sandy hit the east coast. The Allentown airport shut down the night we left. We had an adventure and it turns out it was worth it.

ElaineL - My daughter was at that audition as well! She actually sprained her ankle during her solo and they were so nice to her. We drove since we are from LI and left Sunday morning. We got home just in time before the storm hit us. Glad you were able to get back home safe and sound …As for my daughter, she was accepted ED awhile ago and cannot wait to start there.

Thanks, Shulamit. Still no mail here.

Good luck!! (If you don’t hear soon, you can always do a follow up phone call anyway to make sure it wasn’t lost in the mail.)

@pkdof13-We called the other day…they are still sending them out. The Admissions office said “All letters will be sent out by April 1.” Hope this helps :)
