Acceptance!!!!

denied…4.3+, ACT 32, 400+ hours of comm. service, and lots of leadership… i suck

Accepted!!! Gah!!! Yessssss!!! :d

Accepted!!!

Congrats everyone that got in and for those of you who didn’t don’t take it to harsh. Probably you wouldn’t have been happy there. You should be proud of all your accomplishments.!

I got accepted! But I will not be attending because I have found better opportunities elsewhere… :)

congrats everyone…signing off…I really wasted my time in high school. I should have just partied like the others.

congratulations everyone else… c:
guhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! I THOUGHT THEY NEEDED OOSers! poop. well… hopefully i’ll see you guys next year as a transfer… c: congrats everybody! and for all those denied… i feel you.

Accepted!!! =d

ACCEPTED!!! on the other note…my name was on the infamous directory list !!! =D

Accepted!!! =d

@stacyme you are NOT a failure. no one with stats like that is a failure. it wasn’t meant to be (: things have a funny way of working out, and i know they will for you. Good luck in everything, and best wishes!

And congratulations to all those accepted! :D

@shewy
so I played the saw theme song and I got rejected ahaha
Oh well I still got a good safety school

Accepted!!!

WHY SEBY? WHY? so inauspicious. but congrats on your safety! i hope mine will be UHawai’i, haha. hey! wondering if all of yooz admitted students might not mind posting your stats? i WILL go to Berkeley. Maybe not this fall, maybe not this Spring… but MARK MY WORDS!

Could those admitted please post stats so I can see what Cal liked?

I have a 2080 CR:700, M:630 :/, W:750 and… I do IB… I don’t know my GPA… but it wasn’t a 4.0… Kind of hard in the IB program, but I think I can do it in college! c: SAT Subject scores weren’t awesome…
I’ve got ECs up the yin yang, but I guess they couldn’t make up for my GPA and scores…

SHOULD’VE APPLIED TO EASIER UCs! and congratulations to all those admitted! i am genuinely happy for you guys, and you must be amazing in so many different way to have gotten into cal! so envious… have a great four years and i hope to see you guys next year!

My daughter got in, I am so proud of her. She was also awarded the Regents’ and Chancellor’s Scholarship.

So far she is 9/9 on acceptances. We still need to hear from four more schools!

I wasn’t offered admission. I totally thought I was going to get in FOR SURE. I guess the Gods thought my big ego needed to be tempered.

Interesting though that Cal didn’t ask for my senior grades, they must have dismissed me outright without the supplement. I would have thought that since UCLA thought I was good enough, I would have at least gotten a supplement request from berkeley. NO WORRIES though, I am totally cool and very thankful for everything life has given me. As far as college goes, I got into UCLA so far and am excited about that. That was always my preferred choice over berkeley because they have the music program. Even UCLA aside, I am totally OK with the way this happened. This is my first rejection and it’s totally not the worst thing in the world by any means.

Congratulations to everybody that got accepted, good job!!!

I’m still waiting to hear from Yale and Columbia on the 30th, but if I got denied here then I’m assuming my chances at those two schools are pretty slim. Looks like I’ll probably be a Bruin! I’ll just wait and see though.

same here. GPA 4.0+, ACT 32, community service and EC…But got REJECTED…This is depressing especially it’s the day be4 my birthday…But hope you can get into a better school, and you deserve it.

So I got accepted to Berkeley, but to Spring 2012 admission.
It says I’m eligible for UC Berkeley Extension Fall Program for Freshmen.
Exactly what happens when I enroll to this program?
I was extremely elated at first when I saw the word “Congratulations”, but now I am worried whether this program is worth going to Berkeley.
I will be talking to my counselor and doing some research online, but if anyone knows what’s up with this program, please comment.
I got rejected by UCLA, USC, and even UCSD…

@yomamasallama: same here  I knew getting into Berkeley would be a big surprise for me, but I got into UCLA and UCSD, so I’m fine. This is my first rejection too, but I expected it.
