wait a minute
isn't bioE like #2 in the US for UCSD?
am i correct or am i totally wrong?

and if so, shouldn't it be MUCH harder to get in than most other majors in ALL of UC's

I was confident about UCSD before because i alreayd got in UCLA but i just heard this info from a guy who also did bioE, and he was getting really scareed about UCSD because of this/.

BioE is so impacted that you'll have tons of people waitlisting for many of the first courses. If you walk into a BioE lecture with about 200 seats, you'll most likely see 30 people sitting on the stairs because so many people are trying to get in to the class/major. You have solid stats, but probably only average for BioE.
