It was pointed out that we should have a fresh acceptances thread for this fall, so here goes!

So far the NU ED Theatre admits posted on CC include (there may be others I’ve missed);

appl1562
corncake
jackieisrad
lindsey claire’s D
MomCares’ D
weeturtle

From what soozievt says, RD acceptances may start showing up sometime after March 25. Exciting!!

Base on our ED experience, you can expect an e-mail with a pointer to the online decision. The e-mail won’t reveal anything, which is nice if you’re a parent and want to let your kid be the first to see the news. ;-)

There were lots of ED folks who had the e-mail go into their SPAM (the “from” address had numbers), so keep an eye out in your junk mail as well when the time comes.

Our fingers are crossed for everyone who’s waiting!!

History suggests that NU decisions could be sent out later tonight, or at least by early next week.

D’s email came from northwesternu@c.422x.com , so if you’re worried about it getting routed to SPAM you might want to add it to your SAFE list.

My son just got an email this afternoon from Northwestern. He has been accepted! It’s so nice to have his academics and overall application strength affirmed as well as his talent. He’s very excited!

Congrats to all, especially CalDad3 on your son and collegesearch26, who just found out today. We were where you are two years ago today, although even now, it’s hard for me to believe my son will be a junior next year. Welcome to the NU family, and if you have any questions about the school in general or the theater program in particular, please don’t hesitate to ask!

My daughter accidentally emptied her trash and spam and didn’t receive an email. Is there a common link or list? The office is closed until Monday!

D has been getting word from her MT friends around the country and keeps growing increasingly excited about who’s choosing Northwestern this year. This is going to be an incredibly accomplished and talented NU Class of 2015… including plenty of recent Broadway credits.

Surely all this excitement won’t help with that senioritis… !!
