Just saw my acceptance on the portal. For anyone interested:

Environmental Science and Management
4.975 weighted GPA
4.0 unweighted
2230 SAT
35 ACT
Lots of ECs and APs
Ranked 4/500 in my class.

I didn’t get Regents, though, which I was pretty surprised about. Anyone who got it, what are your stats? Also interested in others’ rejection/acceptance and stats :)

Ouch, didn’t mean to sound non-humble. I just thought I had a pretty good chance based on what I had read here and other college admissions websites.

I got in with a 1500 SAT
Biology 540
Unweighted GPA 3.5

Tons of extracurricular activities and outstanding personal (really personal) statements.
I’m quite exited that I got in. I figured out that the key to getting into colleges (good colleges) is not what’s on your application, but how you present the information.

Congratulations to all of you who got in!!!

Got in with Regents! I posted my stats in the Decisions thread but here are a few:

GPA 4.0 unweighted
SAT 2270
3 APs taken so far
Decent extracurriculars; substantial community service
Did summer programs like COSMOS and YSP at UC Davis (research)
Not quite sure if my essays are good or bad (wrote one of them the day before the deadline)…

I think numerical stats like GPA and SAT do matter, but as Ricosh said, it’s also important how you present yourself as a person through your essay and such… Well, who knows how they decide these things?

4.32 weighted GPA (for grades 10-12)
3.98 unweighted GPA
8 APs total
2310 SAT
800 Biology M, 770 Math II
Good extracurriculars, volunteering, etc.
Ranked 14/409 in my class

I got in with regents (and 10,000 additional, I think need based? their aid is making me consider davis much more seriously than i would otherwise).
