<p>Congrats to everyone. My d. is waiting for a response from OCU. She mentioned that some of the other summer kids already got a response. Does OCU offer the merit award at this time or do they wait till the Spring?</p>
<p>I think if you have the scores, you automatically get the merit award. I think they may offer TALENT awards when they send the acceptance.</p>

<p>Mucho congrats to all these kids who have acceptances so soon! Wow, what a relief to go into the rest of the audition season with an acceptance in hand! Great news LouisianaMom about your D and a happy dance for your D MTgrlsmom with the Elon news this evening! Two acceptances and it is only Dec. 2! Actormcfamous, that's amazing that you have three options already. Great job all you guys. And congrats to all those with acceptances who are not yet posting here about them. Remember, everyone else, this is very very early. At this juncture in my D's year, she hadn't even auditioned yet. Hold on.....LOTS to come by April. We are happy for those with this positive outcome so early too!</p>
<p>Congrats to all - what a great list so early in the process.....I know my D's first yes was such a relief to her. It makes the rest of the auditions MUCH less stressful.</p>
<p>But then again, to those without a yes, just keep on preparing and working!</p>
