Have they decided to scrimp on candidates from India for some reason.
I am hopeful the Ivys will be more lenient.</p>

<p>Does anyone know when Rice is coming out? got most of my top choice colleges but they give a lot of merit-based scholarship. I also tried withdrawing earlier but they didn’t reply to my email so i’m just curious as to whether I got in or not.</p>
