Accepted as a Transfer, so housing?

I was accepted to RBS in New Brunswick as a Transfer, so how exactly does the housing process work? Is it better to live on Livingston Campus because thats where the Business School is? And what are my options for Livingston? And am I allowed to bring my car?

The housing website has instructions on how to apply for housing. You can find that here: http://ruoncampus.rutgers.edu/on-campus-life/undergraduate-students/how-to-apply
You basically fill out the application, which includes your preferred campus and some questions about your lifestyle and habits to match you with a roommate.

Yes, if you are in the business school, then living on Livi is a good choice. One of the Quads has a lot of continuing and transfer students, so you will be more than likely placed there if you apply for housing with Livi as your top choice. Apply very soon because it is basically first come, first served.

Yes, you can have a car on campus. You just have to buy a residential parking permit, which is around $300.

Thank you so much! and does Rutgers not send out acceptance letters in the mail anymore? Its been a week and I havent got anything in the mail

I think they send out a welcome packet at some point, but yeah you basically do everything online.
