<p>Hello everyone. I am trying to get a sense of where the Duke non-matriculated students will be attending instead of Duke. Please just post where you will be attending and why. Thanks.</p>
<p>I did not apply to Duke… but 5 or 6 people have stated on the Emory’s 2014 Class FB page they are turning down Duke for Emory. I presume there are also plenty who are doing the complete opposite.</p>
<p>Accepted at Duke … going to UMd(full ride). </p>
<p>Reason: I <em>wanted</em> to go to Duke … but I’m not a “rich kid” … :(</p>

<p>Princeton gave me better financial aid, and the opportunities at princeton are just better than duke.</p>
<p>I’m turning down Princeton for Duke!</p>
